With more than affordable 3,300 homes across Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire on our books, we’re one of East Anglia’s leading housing associations.
We started providing homes for local people since 1970. Our founders named us after one of Norwich’s most famous sons, landscape painter John Sell Cotman, whose home and drawing school were in one of the city’s finest historic buildings, Cotman House.
Today, we’re a not-for-profit business and a member of the Norfolk Housing Alliance, which offers a single social housing provider body for the county working in close partnership with Norfolk’s statutory agencies and voluntary and specialist agencies.
